Senior Credit Controller

Due to expansion we are currently recruiting for a Senior Credit Controller to join our team. The successful candidate will act as team leader working alongside the Credit Control Manager and 2 other team members. This role would suit someone with previous Credit Control/Finance experience looking to take a step into a more senior position.

The ideal candidates strong IT, numeracy and analytic skills are essential. You will need to be well organised both in regard to yourself and your team so strong communication and decision making skills are a must. We are looking for someone who has the confidence and adaptability to hit the ground running and make an impact from the outset.

Main responsibilities

• Provide day to day support for the team, with timely reviews on progress, including issue resolution and reporting.
• Chase debt by telephone and email, keeping overdue debtors to a minimum
• Build strong and sustainable relationships with customers
• Able to build a good rapport with operational and divisional managers.
• Report to senior management on an ad-hoc basis.
• Show excellent analytical skills and great attention to detail.
