IT Engineer – On Site

We are looking for a 1st/2nd Line IT Support Engineer to join the IT team. This role is based on site in our Eastington Office. The successful candidate will take ownership of escalated issues from the Service Desk and work closely with the IT Manager to meet SLA’s while resolving them.

Key Skills Required:

• Strong 1st/2nd Line Support Experience in a SME’s
• Desktop / Laptop / Thin Client deployment and installation
• MDM Solutions
• Mobile Device Support – Android / Apple
• Windows Server 12 / 16
• Active Directory / DHCP / DNS / WDS / WSUS
• Networking – Switches / Firewalls / WiFi
• Citrix VDI
• Bespoke Application Support
• VOIP Phone system

There will be a requirement to travel to other sites as necessary.
