Apply for Human Resources Officer

Job Purpose To assist with and ensure the smooth operation of the primary human resource functions of the Company Responsibilities
  • Support and liaise with all company Divisional Managers in implementing existing company policies and procedures
  • Assist in investigations relating to employee misconduct
  • Assist in disciplinary hearing process, including preparation of documentation
  • Assist the Payroll Department in monitoring employee absenteeism
  • Carry out data input to maintain employee records
  • To comprise and send out employee communications
  • Assist in ensuring the fair implementation of the Employee Handbook
  • Assist in maintaining employee personnel files
  • Assist with recruitment process, including compiling job descriptions, preparing interview questions and contacting references
  • Carry out new starter inductions
The successful candidate will:
  • Be pro-active
  • Have good communications skills
  • Be able to communicate with varying levels of personnel
  • Have previous HR experience and a good level of knowledge of a range of aspects of Human Resources
  • Be self-driven and work under own initiative
