Apply for Human Resources Officer

This is a full time role and reports to the Company Secretary. The position is based at the Eastington office. The following are the main responsibilities associated with the position. Job Purpose To assist with and ensure the smooth operation of the primary human resource functions of the Company Responsibilities
  • Support and liaise with all company Divisional Managers in implementing existing company policies and procedures
  • Assist in investigations relating to employee misconduct
  • Assist in disciplinary hearing process, including preparation of documentation
  • Assist the Payroll Department in monitoring employee absenteeism
  • Carry out data input to maintain employee records
  • To comprise and send out employee communications
  • Assist in ensuring the fair implementation of the Employee Handbook
  • Assist in maintaining employee personnel files
  • Assist with recruitment process, including compiling job descriptions, preparing interview questions and contacting references
  • Carry out new starter inductions
