We have a team of in-house Safety Officers to ensure that advice is always available to ensure that our divisions conduct their business in a safe and responsible manner and that Smith's operates in accordance with all current and planned safety legislation.

Smith's ensures that all employees are either Construction Skills Certificate Scheme (CSCS) certified or that they are currently working towards that certification.
