Site Clearance and Earthworks |

We have an extensive fleet of modern excavators, dozers and dump trucks which enables us to tackle both small and large site clearance and earthwork projects ranging from 1,000m³ to 200,000m³ contracts. We have a dedicated Earthworks Manager backed up by an in-house team of engineers and quantity surveyors. We have experience in both on- and off-site earthworks and we are competent in dealing with the sensitive environmental issues associated with this type of work. |

Drainage |

We have a number of trained drainage installation teams who are experienced in all types of drainage especially deep technical work. We are aware of all the health and safety issues associated with this aspect of our business. Each team receives regular training and are fully aware and qualified in confined entry procedure. |

| In-Situ Concrete Slabs | |
| We undertake both internal and external concrete slab construction and we are proficient in modern laying and finishing techniques. We have a dedicated team that can lay up to 250m² per day to produce an economical and fast solution for external yard areas and large internal slabs. | |
| Foundations | |
|
We have a wide experience in all types of foundation excavation and associated concrete works from simple deep mass concrete foundations to detailed pile cap construction and reinforced ground beams. We are able to resource all aspects of this work in-house including formwork, steel fixing and concrete placement. |

| Road Infrastructure Construction | |
|
We have built our extensive experience through motorway works and large scale civil projects including bypass construction. This is supported by our successful completion of many estate roads, highway alteration and infrastructure construction projects. Our teams are fully conversant with traffic management requirements and restrictions in order to phase and programme works effectively to minimise traffic disruption.
